We perform the Building Thermal Envelope Testing and Duct Leakage Testing that many contractors see on their Conditions for Approval when building Residential and Commercial Ground-Ups, TI’s and Remodels in Clark County, Nevada.

As a Clark County Approved 3rd Party Testing Agency, we are authorized to test & submit Building Thermal Envelope and Duct Leakage Testing results to the Clark County.

Once the project passes these tests, the Contractor, Project Manager or Owner/Developer is generally able to request Building Finals from the Clark County Building Department.
