Energy Auditing Co. is an approved 3rd Party Testing/Inspection Agency through Clark County for Energy Efficiency. We perform the Building Thermal Envelope Testing and Duct Leakage Testing that many contractors see on their Conditions for Approval when building Residential and Commercial Ground-Ups, TI's and Remodels in Clark County, Nevada.

As a Clark County Approved 3rd Party Testing Agency, we are authorized to test and submit Building Thermal Envelope and Duct Leakage Testing results to Clark County. Once the project passes these tests, the Contractor, Project Manager or Owner/Developer is generally able to request Building Finals from the Clark County Building Department.
